Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Lead to shape and deliver content that strengthens our digital presence, supports our marketing campaigns and helps customers find the information they need.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development of digital-first content across our website, blogs, email, social media, partner publications and other digital channels. From identifying content opportunities and developing engaging stories to creating evergreen resources that continue to deliver value over time, this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and creating high-quality content.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and delivery of our content strategy and plan, including content pillars, calendars, keywords and priorities.
Develop, publish and optimise content assets that support long term engagement and visibility (including video, website, email, blog, campaign and other).
Apply digital content best practices (including targeting, SEO, keyword, content structure, metadata considerations and internal linking) to support performance.
Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to inform improvements and optimisation.
Support transactional and operational communications to ensure they are customer-centric, clearly written, and consistent with all channels and other messages.

Strong writing and editing capability across a range of digital channels
Ability to turn customer insights and data into targeted, effective content
Proven experience simplifying complex or technical information for customer audiences
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator who collaborates well across teams and with external partner
Qualifications
Qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
